Philadelphia, PA- Rite Aid-Robbery

Northeast Detectives Division is looking to identify the suspect who robbed a Rite Aid in the city's Rhawnhurst Section.
On March 14, 2014, at 4:30pm, police responded to a radio call of a robbery at a Rite Aid located at 8130 Roosevelt Boulevard. When police arrived they were met by employees who stated an unknown male entered the store and approached the store manager stating "I have a gun, let's go get the money". The suspect then went to the store safe forcing the manager to open it. After taking an undetermined amount of money from the safe and placing it into a bag, the suspect held the employee in a room until the customers left the store. The suspect then forced the employee to the cash registers demanding the money from the registers. After taking an unknown amount of money the suspect fled and was last seen south through the parking lot then west behind the Rite Aid building.
Suspect Description: Black male, 5'4″, 35-45 years-of-age, goatee, wearing a black hat, black jacket, brown sweater, white t-shirt, stone washed jeans, and tan worn Timberland boots.
