Published on Jan 2, 2014 The Philadelphia Police Department's Northeast Detectives Division is looking to identify two suspects who robbed a 7-11 point of gun in Mayfair. On December 23, 2013, at 2:35 am, two unknown males wearing masks armed with handguns entered a 7-11 store located at 3301 Tyson Avenue pointing the guns at two employees who were behind the counter. One of the suspects who was at the counter demanded the employees empty the cash registers taking an undetermined amount of money and cigarettes fleeing the store on foot and last seen east on Tyson Avenue toward Frankford Avenue. Suspect #2 was seen inside the store 15 minutes prior to the robbery. Suspect Description: Suspect #1: Black male, 22 years-of-age, 5'8, 130 lbs, thin build, wearing dark colored shirt, white mask, black hat, camouflage pants, black sneakers and armed with a gun. Suspect #2: Black male, 22 years-of-age, 5'8, 130 lbs thin build, wearing light tan jacket with a light colored hooded sweatshirt underneath pulled tight around his face, blue jeans, purple/red sneakers and armed with a handgun.
