Southwest Detective Division is asking for the public’s assistance to identify and locate the suspect wanted for a shooting in Cedar Park.
On August 12, 2015, at 4:54 pm, 18th district officers responded to the 51xx block of Catharine Street for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived they found the complainant, a 23 year-old male, suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of his shoulder and was transported to Penn-Presbyterian hospital where he is listed in stable condition. The complainant and three suspects were involved in a dispute over a missing bike. During the dispute several suspects pulled handguns and fired at the complainant striking him in his shoulder.
Suspect #1: Black male, gray hair, wearing a white t-shirt, and light colored shorts.
Suspect #2: Black male, tall, wearing a thigh length tunic type shirt, and striped chuff type hat.
Suspect #3: Black male, beard, wearing a white t-shirt, and dark colored pants.
